Sagrera Farms has been working with many Ranchers including Gardiner Angus Ranch, the Giles Ranch , and.....   all from Ashland. Kansas, to get the best performance on pasture and feed. Our search was refined to three or four key areas, primarily growth and marbling. The cattle we selected, all fell into the top 1-3% of the Angus Breed for marbling and tenderness. What does this mean for the consumer?
